Who we are
The Hellenic Association of Judges for Mediation (Ε.Ε.Δ.Δ.) – GEMME HELLAS
is an association of general interest, governed by Greek law, and an official
Chapter of the European Association of Judges for Mediation (G.E.M.ME.).
It consists mainly of Judges and Mediators and operates with the aim of
promoting alternative dispute resolution methods, especially mediation
and judicial mediation, in Greece and at a European level.
Our Vision
We envision a Justice system that is:

more accessible to citizens
where mediation and alternative dispute resolution methods function
complementarily and supportively to the judicial process.
Our Objectives

Our Actions
The Association:

Participates in and co-organizes conferences, workshops, and scientific events

Supports the training of Judges and legal professionals

Cooperates with European Institutions and relevant bodies

Contributes to the dissemination of best mediation practices
